§ 114.56 FAILURE OF TOWN TO ENFORCE A LICENSE; NO WAIVER OF THE TERMS THEREOF.

A licensee shall not be excused from complying with any of the terms and conditions of a license or this chapter by any failure of the town upon any 1 or more occasions to insist upon or to seek compliance with any such terms or conditions.
