§ 114.44 DISCONNECTION AND TERMINATION OF CABLE SERVICES.
   Licensee shall only disconnect or terminate a subscriber's cable service for good and just cause. In no event shall licensee disconnect said cable service for nonpayment without the prior written notification to the affected subscriber at least 7 days prior to such disconnection or termination. In no event shall such disconnection or termination for nonpayment occur in less than 30 days after a subscriber's failure to pay a bill due. Where the licensee has improperly discontinued cable system service to any such subscriber, it shall provide free reconnection to the cable system to such subscriber.
