(A) All personnel, agents and representatives of the licensee, including subcontractors, shall wear a cable uniform or clearly display a photo-identification badge when acting on behalf of the licensee in the town.
(B) The licensee shall afford each subscriber of the cable system with a 3-day right of rescission for ordering installation of cable service from the cable system; provided, that such right of rescission shall end upon initiation of physical installation of cable system equipment on such subscriber's premises.
