§ 114.23 TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.

For any license or contract entered into pursuant to this chapter, time shall be deemed of the essence and any failure of the licensee to perform within the time allotted, or within a reasonable time if a period is not specified, shall be sufficient grounds for the town to invoke liquidated damages or revocation of a license in accordance with §§ 114.50 Construction Bonds and § 114.53 Hearings by Council.
