When new buildings are to be erected on the site of old ones and it is desired to increase the size of, to change the location of the old service connection, or where a service connection to any premise is abandoned or no longer used, the Department may immediately reclaim and disconnect the connection at the main, after which, should a service connection be required to the premises, a new service shall be placed. Any additional buy in fees may apply. Any fees paid for the existing service shall be credited against the determination of the new buy in fees.
