All new residential subdivisions shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the town that an application has been submitted to the Arizona Department of Water Resources for a 100-year assured water supply for any new development in the Prescott Active Management Area with the filing for preliminary plat approval with the town. The 100-year assured water supply certificate, issued by ADWR, shall be submitted with the final plat application.
