2.20.110   Interference unlawful.
   No person shall by bribery or other improper means or device directly or indirectly attempt to influence any elector in the casting of any ballot nor deter him in the deposit of his ballot or inter fere or hinder any voter in the full and free exercise of his right of suffrage.
