2.20.070 Certificate of nomination—Filing fee schedule.

   The fees required to be paid for filing such certificates of nomination shall be as follows:

   A.   For any office with a salary attached of one thousand dollars or less per year, ten dollars;

   B.   For any office with a salary attached of more than one thousand dollars per year, one percent of the total amount of the annual salary.
