A. Certificates of nomination for municipal officers must be filed with the city clerk not more than thirty days and not less than fifteen days previous to the day of election.
B. Certificates of nomination which must be in writing must contain the name of the person nominated, his residence, his business, his business address, and the office for which he is named.
