15.04.080   Materials—Workmanship.
   A.   Use of concrete or bituminized fiber pipe for building sewers is prohibited.
   B.   In general, all materials used in any plumbing and drainage systems shall be of good quality, free from defects, and when not otherwise specified herein, shall be of the grade known to commerce as "standard" as to weight, size and construction.
   All labor shall be performed in a thorough and workmanlike manner.
   All piping shall be as direct as practicable and so arranged that it may be readily repaired, but no part of a plumbing drainage system shall be exposed needlessly to freezing or damage.
