15.04.020   Plumbing license—-Required—Misstatements.
   Any person or persons working at the business of plumbing in the city, either as a master plumber or a journeyman plumber, shall first obtain a license to do such work from the city clerk.
   Misstatements in applications for licenses shall be cause for revocation of license and prosecution.
