2.08.120   Assistant water collector—Duties—Bond.
   The assistant water collector shall assist the water collector in the performance of his or her duties as set forth in Section 2.08.110 and all other duties as the council may determine. The assistant water collector shall furnish a bond with good and sufficient sureties in the penal sum of five thousand dollars.
