13.04.047   Water service—Discontinuance for delinquent payment.
   Any city water user who has their water service discontinued in accord with the applicable ordinance relating to delinquent payment shall be charged, in addition to the required water service payment in full, the sum set forth in Section 13.04.070 hereinbelow.
