It is unlawful for any person to park or drive a commercial vehicle or farm machinery in, through or upon any street or alley within any residential area within the city, subject to the following exceptions:
A. The commercial vehicle is expeditiously loading or unloading freight, cargo or household goods, within a residential area;
B. The commercial vehicle is being used in connection with the repair or demolition of buildings within a residential area;
C. The commercial vehicle is involved in loading or unloading passengers within a residential area, or is parking at a designated bus stop within a residential area;
D. The commercial vehicle is making service calls;
E. The commercial vehicle is being operated by the city, a public utility or a contractor, and is engaged in the construction, repair or maintenance of streets, street improvements, sidewalks, street utilities or other public or private utilities.
