10.24.050   Violation—Penalty.
   Every person who is convicted of a violation of Sections 10.24.010 through 10.24.030 shall be punished by imprisonment in the county or municipal jail for not more than six months or by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars or more than five hundred dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment. On a second convicion, he shall be punished by imprisonment in the county or municipal jail for not less than ten days nor more than six months, to which may be added, at the discretion of the court, a fine of not less than three hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars. On the third or subsequent conviction, he shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than thirty days nor more than one year, to which may be added, at the discretion of the court, a fine of not less than five hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars.
