No municipal officer shall enforce Sections 10.24.010 through 10.24.030 except while acting in full compliance with all applicable regulations of Sections 32-2142.1, 32-2142.2 and 32-2142.3 of the Revised Codes of Montana, which deal respectively with chemical blood or breath or urine tests administered to arrested persons suspected of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, the right of a person to trial after suspension of his driving privileges because of a refusal to take a sobriety test, and the administration of tests to determine the alcoholic content of blood of arrested persons.
