§ 94.05 PUBLICLY OWNED SOLID WASTE CONTAINERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any household trash in any publicly owned solid waste container that has been placed in any public park, placed in any community facility, placed along the Rocky Board River or any publicly owned solid waste container that has been placed at any other location within the village limits. HOUSEHOLD TRASH shall mean any trash, solid waste or garbage that has been brought from an off-site location to any public park, community facility, to any of the access areas along the Rocky Board River, or any other publicly owned container, where the household trash has not been produced by, or as a result of an activity at that location, such as picnicking or other similar outdoor activity. All applicable state penalties allowed by General Statutes may also apply to violators on each offense.
