(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or deposit on any street or sidewalk, public lands, river, river bank parking areas, any trash, refuse, garbage, building material, cans, bottles, broken glass, paper or any other type of litter.
(B) All applicable state penalties allowed by General Statutes may also apply to violators on each offense.
