(A) All persons desiring a permit or letter to make an opening in any street or sidewalk, as set forth in § 93.15, shall make a written application therefore, which application shall show the location of the proposed opening, the purpose therefore and the approximate number of square yards or surface area to be cut. A fee of $ 25 will be required by the Council for the application and permit and dependent on the scope and magnitude of the work, a bond may be required to assure proper repairs upon completion of work.
(B) Fees for all other such permits required in this section shall be $10.
