§ 93.01 BOARD APPROVAL OF NEW STREETS.
   Before any new street offered for dedication to the village is accepted as such, and officially recognized as a village maintained street, the Village Council must give its approval, finding that the street complies with engineering standards set forth by the State of North Carolina Department of Transportation or the Village Council, and that the best interest of the village would be served by accepting the street as a village street.
