§ 91.04 MODIFICATIONS.

The Fire Marshal of Rutherford County may modify these provisions following procedures acceptable to the governing body of Rutherford County. Chimney Rock Village hereby accepts the modifications, unless otherwise specifically deleted, modified or amended within this municipal code.
