§ 91.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COUNTY. Whenever used in the Fire Prevention Code or other related safety regulations, shall be held to refer to Rutherford County.
   MUNICIPALITY. Whenever used in the Fire Prevention Code or other related safety regulations, shall be held to refer to the incorporated community of Chimney Rock Village.
