§ 91.02 ENFORCEMENT.
   The codes and regulations hereby adopted shall be enforced by the Rutherford County Fire Marshal and the Chief of the Chimney Rock Volunteer Fire Department, as well as other individuals who may be legally authorized by the State of North Carolina or Rutherford County to enforce the provisions.
