§ 90.05 BIRD SANCTUARY.
   (A)   The territory within the corporate limits defined and considered the downtown commercial district as it lies along U.S. Highway 64/74A is declared a bird sanctuary. This is not to be construed to apply to properties that lie beyond the downtown commercial district that may commonly be used for sport hunting purposes.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to kill, trap or otherwise take any bird within the corporate commercial district as defined above except crows, starlings, pigeons and domesticated fowls.
