Whenever the Chimney Rock Village Council declares a water shortage condition or a water shortage emergency within all or any part of Chimney Rock Village, the Council shall act by resolution to declare the water shortage condition or emergency. The resolution shall specify all water use restrictions or other measures and shall be subject to enforcement as provided herein.
