A special use permit shall be required for each of the following uses:
(A) Recycling processing centers/solid waste convenience centers;
(B) Gasoline service/filling stations;
(C) Fast food establishments;
(D) Drive-in restaurants with outside service;
(E) Commercial uses located in temporary or permanent structures having less than 250 square feet of enclosed gross floor area. The term “temporary or permanent structures” above shall not include trailers, mobile homes or other similar structures which are not permitted to be used for commercial purposes; and
(F) Multifamily dwellings.
