§ 155.191 INITIATION OF AMENDMENTS.

   Proposed changes or amendments may be initiated by the Chimney Rock Village Council, the Planning Board, the Board of Adjustment, or 1 or more owners of property within the area proposed to be changed or affected. All proposed amendments shall be referred to the Planning Board for its review and recommendation to the Village Council.
