(A) Trailers and mobile homes, as defined by the Chimney Rock Village Chapter 152 of this code, may not be used for commercial purposes within the Chimney Rock Village limits unless this provision is waived by the Chimney Rock Village Council after a formal public hearing is conducted upon this request. The public hearing shall follow all prescribed announcements and procedures as required by North Carolina law. Waivers by Village Council should ordinarily not extend the use of the structures for a period of greater than 90 days. Waivers by Council should be granted only during construction of a permanent structure.
(B) This section does not pertain to campgrounds and recreational vehicle parks of 25 or more sites.
(C) Whenever the regulations of this section conflict with the requirements of another statute, ordinance or regulation, the more restrictive standard shall govern.
