§ 155.154 FEES FOR VARIANCES, CONDITIONAL USES AND APPEALS.
   The fee for a request for a variance, or conditional use, or for an appeal to the Board of Adjustment shall be determined by the Village Council, payable to the Chimney Rock Village.
