(A) Purpose. The HZ Holding Zone District is intended to apply to those large areas of Chimney Rock Village, the present or prospective use of which is uncertain, and for which any other zoning classification may be premature. The regulations of this district are intended to permit a reasonable use of the property while at the same time preventing the creation of conditions which would prevent future use of the property, or of contiguous or nearby property.
(B) Uses permitted.
(1) Uses permitted in the LR Low Residential District, subject to the requirements of § 155.052;
(2) Campground, recreational vehicle park, subject to the requirements of the CG Campground/Recreational Vehicle District;
(3) Privately owned scenic natural attraction;
(4) Forestry, orchard, nursery, truck farm; and
(5) Uses accessory to the above.
(C) Conditional uses. The following uses are permitted as conditional uses subject to a finding by the Board of Adjustment that all applicable provisions of this section have been met: wedding chapel.
