(A) Name. MF Medical Facilities District.
(B) Purpose. The MF Medical Facilities District is intended for public and private medical facilities and related uses, which generally benefit the village so as to provide a diversity of medical and medically related goods, services and programs at a particular location.
(C) Uses permitted.
(1) Medical offices/clinics;
(2) Dental offices/clinics;
(3) Medical/dental laboratories;
(4) Apothecaries, stores for sale or rental medically related equipment;
(5) Physical therapy treatment/massage;
(6) Body art/tattoo;
(7) Residential care facilities; and
(8) Accessory uses and structures.
(D) Required yards. Every plot shall have a front or street yard of not less than 50 feet in depth, a side or corner yard of not less than 25 feet in width, and a rear yard of not less than 25 feet in depth.
