(A)
The following are permitted uses:
(1) Gift shop;
(2) Convenience grocery, limited to 5,000 gross square feet;
(3) Clothing store;
(4) Souvenir shop;
(5) General retail shop;
(6) Bed and breakfast and short-term rentals;
(7) Full service restaurant;
(8) Ice cream shop;
(9) Bakery/doughnut shop;
(10) Snack shop;
(11) Post office;
(12) Realtor;
(13) Pharmacy limited to 5,000 square feet;
(14) Craft shop, including manufacture of craft products;
(15) Antique shops selling valid antique objects;
(16) Bookstore;
(17) Delicatessen;
(18) Card shop;
(19) Sundries and notions;
(20) Newsstand;
(21) Florist;
(22) Jewelry;
(23) Art, picture framing shop; and
(24) Barber/beauty shop.
(B) Accessory residential dwellings located on the same plot.
(C) Accessory uses and structures.
(D) Any question concerning the interpretation of uses permitted or prohibited shall be referred to the Zoning Administrator. Any dispute of the Zoning Administrator's decision may be referred to the Planning Board a minimum of 5 days prior to a regular scheduled meeting for interpretation. The decision of the Planning Board thereon shall be final.
(E) The following uses are permitted as conditional uses subject to a finding by the Board of Adjustment that all applicable provisions of this section have been met:
(1) Any use permitted in a CF Community Facility District; and
(2) Outdoor recreational activity areas.
