§ 30.23 OTHER OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The other officers and employees as are deemed necessary shall be appointed by the Council at the first meeting after each general municipal election.
   (B)   All officers and employees shall serve at the pleasure of the Council and shall receive compensation as from time to time may be prescribed by the Council.
