§ 155.055 USES PERMITTED.
   (A)   Uses.
      (1)   Multifamily dwellings;
      (2)   Accessory uses and structures;
      (3)   Agricultural uses;
      (4)   Houses of worship;
      (5)   Any use permitted in an LR Low Density Residential District; and
      (6)   Any use permitted in an CF Community Facility District.
   (B)   Conditional uses. The following uses are permitted as conditional uses subject to a review of the Planning Board and approval by the Village Council that all applicable provisions of this chapter have been met:
      (1)   Planned unit developments. Uses allowed in the PUD are limited to those uses listed as permitted or conditional in this district;
      (2)   Manufactured home (community or park), containing modular housing. Class A or Class B Manufactured Homes; and
      (3)   Campground. Where the plot is primarily occupied by recreational vehicles that are non-transitory in nature and are normally situated in place on sites for a period up to 180 days or more per year.
   (C)   Conditional use permits require review and a recommendation from the Zoning Administrator and the Planning Board to the Village Council for consideration. See guidelines in § 155.052(E)(6), conditional uses, short-term rental property. These fully apply in the MR District.
   (D)   A public hearing and all legal advertisement as apply is required by the Planning Board prior to making their recommendation to the Village Council and a public hearing and all legal advertisement as apply is also required by the Village Council prior to making their decision on the issuance of any conditional use permit.
   (E)   Transient uses. Motels, hotels, lodges and short-term rentals in single family, duplex or other similar residential structures may occur where the owner-occupant residential use may or may not continue to be a primary use.
   (F)   Other uses. A property which is residential in character may have a portion of the total property used commercially as an accessory use to the primary use.
