§ 155.032 SETBACK ENCROACHMENT.
    Every part of every required setback shall be open and unobstructed from the ground to the sky except as hereinafter provided or as otherwise permitted in this chapter.
   (A)   Eaves, roof overhangs and gutters may not project over 3 feet into a required setback.
   (B)   Awnings, canopies and marquees may not project over 5 feet into a required setback with a minimum height of 8 feet at its lowest point.
   (C)   Stairways and balconies which are unroofed and unenclosed may not project over 5 feet into a required side or rear setback, but not a required front setback.
   (D)   Fences, walls and landscaping shall be permitted in side and rear setbacks, and shall be permitted in front setbacks, only if in conformance with the requirements of the parking setback ordinance, as may be amended from time to time.
   (E)   Permitted projecting signs may not project over 5 feet into a required setback with a minimum height of 8 feet at its lowest point.
