§ 155.010 REGULATION IN PROCESS.
   (A)   When a new regulation, a new ordinance; or a change in an existing regulation or ordinance; is in process which affects the use of land which is being considered upon an application submitted in accordance with an existing regulation or ordinance, there shall be a hold on all actions that would permit the use of land with respect to the area which is the subject of the new regulation, new ordinance; or a change in an existing regulation or ordinance.
   (B)   The hold on any action permitting a use of land shall continue in effect for a period from the date of the introduction of the subject regulation or ordinance, and until the regulation or ordinance shall have been either approved, amended, or disapproved, or a period of 6 months, whichever is sooner; unless the issuance of the action permitting the use of land would be in conformity with both the regulation existing at the time of the application and the new or amended regulation which is the subject of the application.
