(A) When a zoning map amendment is passed, a sign giving notice of the public hearing(s) shall be prominently posted on the site proposed for re-zoning on an adjacent traveled public street or highway right-of-way; or at an alternate location as directed by the Zoning Administrator to provide maximum visibility to the public.
(B) The sign shall include the time, date and location of the public hearing, along with information about the re-zoning classification.
(C) The sign specifications shall be obtained from the office of the Zoning Administrator and shall be the responsibility of the applicant for his or her’s timely manufacture, timely erection and the maintenance of the sign for a period of 21 days prior to the public hearing(s).
