§ 154.008 FEES.

Any fees presented by outside consultants engaged by Chimney Rock Village, when deemed necessary to assist in the review and enforcement of the subdivision regulations, shall be the obligation of the subdivider, and shall be paid in full prior to approval of any preliminary or final plat by Chimney Rock Village.
