§ 154.002 AUTHORITY AND ENACTMENT CLAUSE.
   The Chimney Rock Village Council, pursuant to the authority conferred by an act of the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina (G.S. Art. 19, Part 2 of Ch. 160A), does hereby ordain and enact into law these sections and chapters.
