§ 153.040 DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Zoning Administrator for Chimney Rock Village, hereinafter referred to as the Floodplain Administrator, is hereby appointed to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter.
