All signs listed in § 151.25 of this chapter shall require a sign permit prior to being constructed, moved, altered, placed, or repaired. Sign permits shall be issued by the Zoning Administrator. If a sign permit is denied, the decision may be appealed to the Chimney Rock Village Board of Adjustment within 45 days of the decision.
