(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any firm, person, or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 150.20 et seq. shall be subject to all the applicable punishments, penalties and equitable relief provided for through the General Statutes of North Carolina as well as all the penalties provided for within this municipal code.
