All buildings or structures intended for any use within the municipal limits of Chimney Rock Village, which are hereafter constructed, reconstructed, erected, altered, extended, enlarged, repaired, demolished, or moved shall conform to the requirements, minimum standards and other provisions of all the volumes of the North Carolina State Building Code as well as all volumes as are in effect that pertain to the various construction trades. These include but are not limited to general construction, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electrical or residential construction. All building codes in effect as are being observed and inspected for by the Rutherford County Building Inspection Department are fully applicable within Chimney Rock Village.
