Amendments to the regulatory codes adopted by reference herein, which are from time to time adopted and published by the agencies or organizations referred to herein, shall be effective within the municipal limits of Chimney Rock Village at the time the amendments are officially on file with Rutherford County and are being fully implemented by the Rutherford County Building Inspection Department.
