The action or decision of the Zoning Administrator may be appealed to the Village Council by the filing of a written “notice of appeal of the action of the Zoning Administrator” and filed with the Village Mayor or his or her designee. The written notice shall identify the person filing the appeal and shall specify with particularity the facts and basis for the appeal. The Village Council shall hear an appeal at the first regularly scheduled Village Council meeting at which the law allows the matter to be considered following receipt of the notice of appeal.
