§ 130.44 DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   (A)   The application for a permit will be denied if the Zoning Administrator makes any of the findings listed below:
      (1)   Adequate provision cannot be made for safe and orderly movement of both pedestrian and vehicular traffic contiguous to the event or within the village.
      (2)   The event cannot be held without unreasonable interference with the provision of normal police or fire protection or emergency services to the public.
      (3)   The event cannot be held without unreasonable interference with the right of property owners in the area to enjoy peaceful and lawful use and occupancy of their property.
      (4)   The event will require the closing of, or unreasonably restrict the flow of vehicular traffic along adjacent roadways.
   (B)   In the event the Zoning Administrator denies an application, the Clerk shall notify the applicant, in writing, specifying the reasons for denial.
