§ 130.41 APPLICATION FEE; AGREEMENT.
   (A)   The Village Council may, after an application has been filed and reviewed, and after passage of an appropriate motion, permit events coming under the provision of this subchapter to operate within the village for temporary periods of time. The application shall be filed with the Zoning Administrator not less than 60 days in advance of the beginning date of the event and shall contain a detailed proposal of the event. The applicant shall pay a fee established by the Village Council when the application is filed and submit any additional information required by the Zoning Administrator.
   (B)   If the information submitted by the applicant is responsive and if the Zoning Administrator has reviewed and approved the application, the village shall prepare and submit to the applicant an agreement incorporating the terms and conditions listed in § 130.42 and the other terms and conditions as the village may specify.
   (C)   No person or organization shall hold an outdoor event prior to the delivery to the village of properly executed copies of the agreement and certificate of insurance provided for in this subchapter.
