§ 130.21 SCOPE.

This subchapter shall apply to all sound, sound vibration, and noise originating within the corporate limits and the exterritorial jurisdiction of Chimney Rock Village. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to limit or prevent the village or any person from pursuing any other legal remedies for damages or the abatement of noises in the village.
