(A) For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY. Skateboarding and skating.
INHERENT RISK. Those dangers or conditions that are characteristic of, intrinsic to, or an integral part of skateboarding and skating.
(B) No person may ride roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, or skateboards upon any municipal owned parking lot.
(C) No person upon roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, or skateboards shall at any time interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
