Continuing nuisances are prohibited, which shall mean any 1 or combination of the following:
(A) Any physical condition, any attractive nuisance, or any action which may prove detrimental to health, repose, safety or neighboring property value;
(B) Any action or condition that disturbs the peace, the tranquillity; disturbs or annoys the inhabitants of the surrounding area; and/or
(C) Any physical condition that may constitute a fire hazard as determined by a fire official.
